Returns:

- Products that are not used are available for a refund 30 days from date of delivery less shipping charges.
- Any products that arrive damaged must be reported in 5 days in order to receive replacement.
- Custom orders can not be returned.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on any product being returned.
- Products returned to us for refund or replacement must be in its original packaging with Tags still attached.
- Most returns must go through our Return Authorization Process (RA).
- There is a 20% Restocking fee for any returned order.
- To get a RA number email us with your Name and Order number.
- When you receive your RA number, it will need to be printed on the outside of the package.
- Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to the sender.
- Returns are for original buyers only, no third party refunds or exchanges.
- Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
